We’re absolutely delighted to share that Crazy9 has once again been recognised for its award-winning wedding entertainment, taking home Best Entertainment (non-musical) at the 15th Annual North West Wedding Awards. That makes it five years in a row, and we couldn’t be more grateful.
We’ve done it again! 5 x winner of the North West Wedding Awards for Best Entertainment (non-musical)
We first launched Crazy9 in 2018 and played our first weddings the following year. Then, like everyone in the industry, we faced the challenges of COVID-19 during 2020 as weddings came to a standstill. Since then, we’ve gone on to win Best Entertainment (non-musical) at the North West Wedding Awards every single year! That’s five wins in five years, and we’re just getting started!
In that time, the market has grown rapidly. Dozens of new companies have popped up with their own mobile courses, some, in our opinion, taking a little too much ‘inspiration’ from our designs and even our website. But whilst others copy, we create. Crazy9 remains the go-to for high-end, luxury wedding mini golf. We’re often imitated, but never duplicated.
The North West Wedding Awards
Organised by County Brides, the North West Wedding Awards recognises and celebrates the very best wedding suppliers across the region. Whether you’re a finalist or a winner, making it through such strong competition is something to be incredibly proud of. This year, 3,042 suppliers were nominated, and a staggering 17,592 verified votes were cast by real couples. It’s an amazing show of support for the wedding industry and a clear sign of how much people value the effort that goes into making each celebration so special.
We’re especially proud that our little pop-up crazy golf course continues to bring people together in such a memorable way. Whether it’s guests bonding over a hole-in-one or couples stealing a moment for themselves between shots, it’s always about shared joy. And to be recognised for that, again and again, is something we don’t take lightly.

A massive thank you to Dawn and Duane at County Brides for their continued support of the wedding industry, not just through the awards but all year round – from wedding fairs to helping couples find brilliant local suppliers. The time, care and energy they give to supporting the industry (and pulling off an event of this scale) is extraordinary.
The awards night itself was a celebration of everything that makes this industry so special: fizz on arrival, a beautifully styled summer theme by Willow & Fig and plenty of familiar faces. Guests were snapping selfies in the ICE Entertainment photo booths while the awards got underway, and it was lovely to see so many suppliers letting their hair down and cheering each other on. It was, as always, wonderful to hang out with fellow award-winning wedding caterers Top Table Weddings and Event Caterers.
Raising money for Destination Florida Children’s Charity
Even better, the evening raised £4,378.17 for Destination Florida Children’s Charity, helping to fund the holiday of a lifetime for poorly children and their families.
