Restaurant quality food is provided by Barrett’s Event Caterers who pride themselves on their attention to detail, flexibility, and high-quality food and service. They offer a range of menus and can accommodate special dietary requirements.

Crazy Golf Setup Location

The lawn is the perfect location for either the Wedding or the Wedding PLUS packages. As usual, we’ll set up the course before the ceremony starts and ahead of when your wedding guests arrive. That way we’ll be ready with clubs in hand as soon as the drinks reception begins.

What if it Rains?

We all know the British weather can be unpredictable but there’s no reason why the weather should stop play. Light intermittent showers and low winds on your wedding day doesn’t have get in the way. If the forecast predicts rain, we cover the course with 4 popup-gazebos allowing your guests to play whatever the weather. If the lawn is waterlogged we would have to set up the crazy golf course indoors in the ceremony room once the ceremony has finished.

Winter Weddings at Merrydale Manor

As it gets to the winter season and the nights draw in; when it’s too cold to stand outside and it’s often raining, we have to set up the course indoors. If you’re having the ceremony off-site or are happy for us to set up the course once the ceremony has finished we can set up in the ceremony room adjacent to the main building.
