Room One at Hartford Golf Club is a premier Cheshire wedding venue overlooking Hartford Golf Club’s first hole. The oak beamed entrance and interior has a contemporary design. What makes Room One at Hartford Golf Club stand out is the clever use of folding glass doors and glass walls. This makes for a perfect indoor / outdoor space for summer weddings. The outdoor space and terrace features a beautiful gazebo situated on the edge of the tranquil pond. The golf course and countryside behind makes the perfect backdrop for any wedding.
Crazy Golf Setup Location
The wedding themed crazy golf course looks perfect arranged around the turning circle adjacent to Room One. We can set up either the Wedding or the Wedding PLUS packages. Please note that a substitution will be made for the croquet that’s included in the Wedding PLUS package. As usual, we’ll set up the course before the ceremony starts and ahead of when your wedding guests arrive. That way we’ll be ready with clubs in hand as soon as the drinks reception begins.

What if it Rains?
Light intermittent showers and low winds on your wedding day doesn’t have to stop game play. If the weather is inclement or the forecast predicts rain we’d set up the course on the terrace and cover it with our 4 pop-up gazebos allowing your guests to play whatever the weather.
Winter Weddings at Room One at Hartford Golf Club
As it gets to the winter season and the nights draw in; when it’s too cold to stand outside and it’s often raining, we have to set up the course indoors. Sadly Room One at Hartford Golf Club doesn’t have sufficient indoor space for us to set up the mobile crazy golf course. This means we can only do summer weddings between mid-April until mid-September.
